The MC 305 Kosmos is a 4-axis machining center manufactured by Mecal Machinery. It performs milling, drilling, tapping, notching, and other accessory operations on five faces of aluminum, PVC, and steel profiles, primarily for the architectural industry.

MMI = version provided with a device activated by a pneumatic/electronic combination dedicated to the automatic contemporary movement of the clamps.
TM = Mobile Beam
Suitable for the machining of aluminum extruded profiles for residential architecture, and even for light steel shaped profiles.
4 axis (X, Y, Z, A) managed by CNC.
By means of dedicated tools it’s suitable for working on 5 sides of aluminium, PVC and steel sections.
The workpieces are fixed with 4 pneumatic clamps, sliding on the rocking beam. The beam can be positioned at any angle within ± 125°.
The rotation is managed by the control cycle
