Heavy Duty Gantry 5 Axis machining, 15,000 rpm spindle with a massive 35 Kw and 239 Nm, torque motor table (90 rpm) with 600kg load capacity, linear feedback and 20 bar CTS all standard! With more than 140 sets installed around the world the MCU is a 5 axis machine that is at home with the heavy duty machining as well as the fine finishing!
A big feature is that unlike many machines with Ø600mm table size, the MCU is a Gantry Type machine with the perfect U Shape closed design offering the ultimate in rigidity and stability which also provides unrivalled ergonomics for the operator to access the working area. The machine finish and design are second to none and when seen in the flesh it’s understandable why the MCU is causing a lot of headaches for high-end manufacturers in today’s markets around the world.
